Happy November! Christmas is getting closer, and I’ve figured it’s about time I shared this cute amigurumi crochet bulb with you. This little bulb is supposed to be a sheep head. So grab some yarn and let’s get started!
Materials
The crochet Christmas bulb is made with wool yarn. I do recommend natural fiber like wool or alpaca if you want the same look.

The hairs are made with loop stitches. If you don’t know how to make them, you can learn how to in the video tutorial below.
About the pattern
Firstly, we start with the head, and then we make the loops, and then the hat. Make sure to turn the work and crochet from the inside out when you are making the loops, so that they appears on the right side.
Then the had is being crocheted. Be sure to stuff the head, but not the hat. You can decorate your hat with a little pom-pom and crochet chains afterward so you can hang it up in the Christmas tree.
Other Christmas ornaments patterns
Be sure to check out the other ornament patterns that are available on the blog! These are all free patterns and I hope you’ll check them out and maybe make another ornament or two!
They go great together and they are all quick and easy to make! I have donated most of my ornaments. I want to make a couple of trees and stocking for myself. I love creating Christmas patterns, I think I could do that for a long time before getting tired.
