How to crochet a heart

If you are looking for a quick and cute crochet heart pattern you have come to the right place! Valentine's Day is just around the corner. However, these are so quick and easy to make, that I am sure you can whip up a few before the big day!

A funny story, my husband and I personally don't celebrate Valentine's Day. Still, I love making crochet patterns for Valentine's Day!

I sometimes include affiliate links in my blog posts. That means I earn a small commission if you purchase any of the products I recommend, on no extra costs on your behalf. Thank you for supporting my work!

Crochet heart - the idea behind the design

Last year I also made a crochet heart pattern. These are similar, but bigger and they have different eyes. I love them both, and they would make a great couple!

I just wanted to make something easy and quick. Also, my ragdoll patterns are more popular that my other patterns, so I think I should focus more on that.

Yarn and materials

I am using cotton yarn for this project. It's a worsted weight yarn, but you can also use different weights.

I am using a hook from Tulip this time. I bought this cute case a couple of months ago, and I absolutely love it! These hooks are amazing to work with, and I can truly recommend them.

You will also need safety eyes and some filling materials. I am linking the safety eyes I am using below. I always get questions on which one I use, so here they are.
